Submit a program or activity

Submit a program or activity.

Contributions shall be submitted as e-mail attachments or by PC formatted diskettes. Preferred formats are: plain text, Word¹, RTF, or HTML. The guidelines follow:

Programs/activities must be approved for submission by author(s)/institution.
The following information must be included with all submissions:
- Name of author(s)
- Affiliation/Department/Institution
- Title of program/activity
- Abstract (overview) of no more than 30 words
- Contact information (address, telephone, fax, and e-mail)
Program/activity components: objective, background, procedures
A cover letter shall assure that the above guidelines have been met.

¹If possible, include any embedded diagrams or images in Word documents separately, in JPG or GIF format.
